Inclusive Leadership is pivotal in ensuring equality and fairness for all in the workplace. Diverse and inclusive organisations also have a strategic advantage that allows them to outperform their competitors. Amidst the current Covid-19 pandemic, Inclusive Leadership is now more important than ever. Being able to successfully lead diverse teams through uncertain times in an empathetic way, leading to sustainable performance and resilience, will be a crucial skill.

Join our online event on 2nd December, hosted by the East Midlands & Eastern CMI board, where Inclusive Leadership will be discussed by our two guest experts. Sheryl Miller and Laura-Kaye Tomlinson will share their views and experiences in response to questions on Inclusive Leadership, with a local focus.
